Keating's Law

To commemorate moving to new hosting (nothing terribly wrong with Speakeasy; some people love them, I'm kind of "meh", but I wanted to consolidate all the different hosting services I was using and save a few bucks, and TextDrive is very Python-friendly), I give you Keating's Law (also known as the Law of the General Perversity of the Universe):

Given multiple outcomes that are otherwise equally likely, the one that will actually happen is the one that is the most annoying.
